ALFRED BROOKS, President and Owner
Alfred graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, in 1984. Upon his retirement from the U.S. Army with the rank of Colonel in 2014, he founded Brooks Global Consulting, LLC. Al Brooks brings many years of experience in brokering defense and security sales and the implementation of foreign military assistance programs. Throughout a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, he held various leadership positions while serving in the United States, the Middle East, Germany and Latin America as a Foreign Area Officer and as a Combat Arms Officer. As a Foreign Area Officer, he was an expert advisor to three U.S. ambassadors on defense, security, and counter-trafficking issues while assigned in Latin America. A seasoned executive leader, Alfred enjoys a strong reputation for building strategic partnerships, negotiation and managing multi-million-dollar budgets and contracts.
